It’s a fact guys..  Carb cycling works.  If you’ve been searching for a way to really lean up and burn the last bit of fat that doesn’t seem to want to leave, try carb cycling!  It is yielding some great results.

Today was day 3 of my carb cycle and that means tomorrow is high carb day!  I love those fourth days when I really get to get my fill of carbs.

Working out can be such a strangely satisfying experience sometimes.  There are times when I feel like I will probably be at a plateau for a while but  then I suddenly see results.  I think I got so used to hitting plateaus for so long there (while on intermittent fasting), that I somewhat expect that result but clearly carb cycling is a far superior way to lose fat while maintaining muscle.

I’m really looking forward to finishing this entire year out and seeing the end result.  I think that after December, I’m going to go start 2013 (wow.. that sounds odd) by trying to pack on 10 pounds of lean muscle and adding no fat.

It’s been a while since I’ve been this jazzed about working out but results make all the difference and I’m seeing them.

Here’s what I ate on June 26.  I’ve almost finished the strictest month of eating that I’ve ever endured.. and it hasn’t been too bad at all!
