1:30pm: 1 scoop Kre-Ex, 1 scoop Phormula 1 Protein & 1/2 scoop Ignition – 222cal, 23P, 33C, 0F
2:45: 2 scoops Phormula 1 & 1/2 scoop Ignition – 192Cal, 46P, 2C, 0F
3:00pm: 1 chicken breast (4oz) and 1/4 cup oatmeal – 195cal, 23P, 14C, 6F
4:30pm: Udo’s Oil 1Tbsp with 1 scoop Sublime Whey Protein – 243cal, 28P, 5C, 15F
5:30pm: 1 chicken breast (3.3oz) and 1/2 bag green bean – 110cal, 17P, 3C, 3F
6:30pm: South Beach bar – 180cal, 12P, 24C, 6F
8:30pm: Coffee House Protein shake (celebrating birthday) – 405cal, P40, C38, F10
