I’m nearing the end of June and my month long sabbatical of eating perfect and trying to lose a little more body fat. Strangely, the diet has grown on me and I’m just not sure I’m ready to give it up yet.

I’ve actually been eating meals this healthy since January 1 of this year, but every month, I’ve allowed myself a couple cheat meals. The month of June has been the only exception.

I highly recommend that everyone try a little strict dieting if it’s not been tried before. It’s actually empowering and I’m just feeling healthier and stronger every day.
