This new carb cycling lifestyle is growing on me.  Even on my low days, I don’t find it too terribly bad and I’m able to sustain my appetite using mostly protein shakes, which I indulge in greatly because of time.

I am thinking about changing up the cardio habits as I’m almost exactly two months in to June but haven’t seen any real progress taking shape.  I feel better than ever though so no regrets!

I’ll just keep finding things that don’t work until I find the thing that does.
