Day 2Day 2 was a challenge for getting in all my high impact cardio.  I had a volleyball tournament from 9:30am to 2pm, and I wasn’t about to skip the high impact cardio goal of 2 a day.  I actually felt great all through the first cardio session and the volleyball tournament and only hit the wall about an hour before I decided to go back for the late evening cardio.  Still, I got through it and felt a great sense of accomplishment.  Here’s what I ate today:
