Day 6I had another great day of workouts and lots to eat. I had my toughest cardio session to date. After adding another 3 hours of volleyball before hitting my last cardio session, I had to dig extra deep to finish cario. I felt like I hit the wall with about five minutes to go. But.. I pushed through and made it, feeling accomplished for the day’s work.
