Strangely, the weight was down today.. and I actually weighed in at the lowest I have all year!  I say “strange” because this was the day after my high carb/cal day!  I fully expected to be a few pounds up but the morning weigh-in showed 162.4.

I can tell that I’ve lost some more fat.  For the first time all year, I’m starting to have a few veins pop through and it’s pretty amazing to see my body still burning fat while hanging on to the muscle.  A great feeling for sure!

Oops.. I noticed after uploading the image, that I listed the egg whites, but forgot to include the grams of protein. Adding 12 there put me right where I needed to be for the day.
